Are you passionate about helping kids grow in their faith in a fun and safe environment? Do you love building relationships with children, parents, and volunteers? We’re looking for a Kids Director – Evening to lead our Sunday evening kids ministry (newborn to Grade 5), ensuring that children experience biblical teaching, caring community, and meaningful discipleship.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Lead and grow the kids’ ministry, creating a welcoming and engaging space
Recruit, train, and support volunteers to serve effectively
Teach weekly lessons, adapting content for different ages and learning styles
Ensure a safe and organized environment, following safety policies
Build relationships with families, offering support and follow-ups
Work with site staff to integrate kids’ ministry into the larger church community
Manage scheduling, curriculum planning, and communication

WHO YOU ARE:

Experienced working with children in a ministry or educational setting
Passionate about kids’ spiritual growth and family discipleship
Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks
A strong communicator who enjoys working with kids, parents, and volunteers
Creative and adaptable, making learning fun and meaningful
Spiritually mature, committed to faith and personal growth
Dedicated to attending and serving at Tenth Evening

This is a part-time position that works 12 hours per week.

Salary is commensurate with experience; the salary range for this position is $11,000 - $18,720 per annum based on 12 hours per week.
