Youth Pastor - Mount Pleasant
Description
Mount Pleasant is Tenth Church’s largest congregation, a vibrant site home to a diverse, multi-generational community. Its youth ministry serves more than 60 students in Grades 6-12, supported by a team of dedicated volunteers.
The Mount Pleasant Youth Pastor provides pastoral, relational, and cultural leadership to students (Grades 6-12), volunteers, and families connected to the Mount Pleasant site. This role is responsible for cultivating a healthy, engaging, and Christ-centred youth culture where students and volunteers can grow, belong, and thrive. Through meaningful pastoral presence, the Youth Pastor builds trust with students and parents, oversees site-specific youth ministry, and contributes actively to the vision, leadership, and delivery of Tenth’s central youth programming.
